CV

Mridul Chatterjee

Thought leader. Intuitive user experience content strategist. Communications specialist.

I am a curious innovator at heart, passionate about solving problems creatively and committed to growth and evolution. I lead projects with clear communication to channel creativity and spotlight a user-experience-driven mindset.

Clear communication is foundational to success. I ask questions, share ideas, and deliver cross-channel, multi-level solutions and strategies, no matter the requirement.

Fifteen years in, that has meant advising leaders on what to say and what not to say, building communications strategy for a technology firm and watching its audience grow by 200%, and helping global stakeholders from the DC Government to Special Olympics International tell stories that were clear and honest. It has also meant co-founding a sushi brand in Kolkata, which improbably worked.

My background is deliberately generalist. Through all of it the north star has been the same: take complexity, find the human thread, and weave it into a narrative that builds trust.

Tools I work in

Self rated out of ten. Eight means daily use and enough command of it to set the standard for a team. Six or seven means comfortable and productive. Five means I can do the job but would not call it a strength.
