A proposed application to modernise the employee and contractor experience. Registration, verification, mandatory training, task tracking and departmental engagement in a single place.
The client and the situation
A client whose mission is to be a first-in-class global aviation hub: safe, secure, sustainable, run by exceptional people. They wanted to revamp their internal digital community with a universal application for employees and work contractors.
How we approached it
- Three personas: external contractor, internal user, and administrator.
- Simple animations and visible calls to action for registration.
- Dashboards, calendar-style task tracking, and progress charts for teams and departments.
- Colour-coded themes and hierarchical information layouts to improve journeys globally.
The interesting part. Rewarding to be part of this from day one. With the presales team on the proposal, the tech teams on the solution, design on the experience, and finally in the room for the client presentation.
