From a local boutique to a global software hub

Evolving an infant social media footprint into a coherent brand with over 10,000 followers, and building an internal communications channel that made employee engagement possible.

The client and the situation

The organisation went from being a local boutique tech solutions firm in India to part of a global software hub. Social media, brand cohesion and communications had to evolve with it, mirroring expanding expertise and reach.

How we approached it

  • LinkedIn growth and community engagement through organic content strategy, employee advocacy and analytics-led iteration.
  • Streamlined internal communications: consistent messaging, better engagement, and a collaborative environment for information sharing.
  • Cohesive branding and a website revamp, with one tone and messaging style across platforms, modern design and improved navigation.
  • Events and Great Place To Work wins used to carry the brand vision and build recognition.

The interesting part. Visual consistency enabled standardisation across the board, and adoption improved because the communication channels to support it already existed.
